Galos (gêmea de Galinhos)

Galos sits on the north sand spit across the Aratuá estuary from Galinhos. Same wind, same flat water, much smaller fishing community, no commercial pousada strip. Access is via the morning boat shuttle from Galinhos centre or, for the ambitious, an 8 km walk across the salt-pan road from Pratagil. A natural side-trip for any visitor doing the Galinhos chain; for experienced riders, a quieter alternative base.
