About this trail
A tranquil, palm-lined beach in the small Rio do Fogo municipality, with warm shallow water and 18–25 kt trade winds. Less developed than Gostoso, no major school chain, but quietly popular with local kiters who want to escape the Maracajaú dive-tourist crowd. Lagoa Azul (the inland Pititinga lagoon used for stand-up paddle) is a non-kite alternative on no-wind afternoons.
