Sibaúma (Tibau do Sul)

Quilombola fishing village on the river-mouth delta south of Pipa, with cliffs, natural tidal pools and a clean side-on SE trade wind. The cliff geography creates wind funnels — it blows harder here than in Pipa proper. Beginners use Barra do Cunhaú on the other side of the river; Sibaúma itself is for intermediate riders comfortable with chop and short-period swell. Editorially important because of the quilombola heritage layer, which a tourism portal can responsibly surface alongside the kite content.
