Tourinhos → Praia do Marco

From the petrified-dune cliffs of Tourinhos (signature offshore-reef 'blowholes') the coast bends west for 30 km to the small bay at Praia do Marco, where a colonial-era stone pillar marks one of the first Portuguese coastal claims in Brazil. The bay at Marco is half-circle: with a falling tide the reef forms a 200 m natural pool, perfect to land in. Wind blows harder inside the bay than at Gostoso itself. Best done with an Idílico Kite Club guide because the shorebreak on the Tourinhos exit is sharp.
